PRODUCT CHANGE / REPLACEMENT
The customers of ballos-stores.gr have the right to return the product they received.
Product Change – Replacement Conditions
1. The product must not have been used
2. The exchange process must take place within 14 calendar days from the day the customer ordered the product.
3. The product must be sent by the customer together with the proof of purchase and in suitable packaging that protects the product.
Reasons for product change
The customer may request a change/replacement of the product received for the following reasons:

color 3. Change in product
design 4. Replacement – The product received was defective
5. The product received was different from what he ordered (error during shipment)
Product Change Process
The customer has the right to request a change in the product received for the above reasons. In any of the above 5 cases, he/she must contact the company’s Customer Service department either by email (sales@ballos-stores.gr) or by phone within 14 calendar days from the day of the order and notify his/her request for the change.
Upon request, the customer sends the product through the ELTA-COURIER company he wants to return. As soon as the company’s returns department ballos-stores.gr received the product and made sure that it is in its original condition (as it was shipped), it proceeds to the shipment of the product chosen by the customer. The changes are made through the company of ELTA-COURIER.

FOR RETURNS TO GREECE: In case of change of product design, change of product size or color, the shipping costs of the change are borne by the customer (shipping costs of the change are 4 euros). In cases of defect or product error during shipment, the shipping costs of the change are borne by ballos-stores.gr company.
FOR RETURNS TO CYPRUS: If the change concerns a customer in Cyprus for cases of change of size, color, design, shipping costs are borne by the customer, while in case of defect or error during shipment shipping costs are borne by ballos-stores.gr company.

REFUND – WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw the purchase made through the online store of ballos-stores.gr company.
In this case, he/she must make use of his/her right within 14 calendar days from the day of ordering the product.
